Participants will learn to create a mini beaded floral pin using embroidery-style flat-stitch beadwork. This hands-on workshop will encourage participants to explore their own identities and worldviews through design. Throughout the workshop, Carly will share her extensive knowledge of beading and speak about its cultural significance to the Métis community. Participants will also gain insight into Carly's artistic practice and her approach to storytelling through beadwork, design, and community connection.
