BC Transit: Campbell River Schedules and Routes
When using transit, please enter and pay for fair at the front door and exit by the rear door of the bus, unless you have mobility challenges that require you to exit at the front.
Funding for the Campbell River Transit System is shared between the City of Campbell River and BC Transit through a partnership with the Strathcona Regional District. Decisions about fares, routes and service levels are made by City Council based on information and planning is provided by BC Transit.
The City also has yearly funding to install bus shelters at various locations around Campbell River. Cost to the City is offset by funding from BC Transit. The new shelters installed in 2024, were fully funded by a grant from the BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure.
