Access Your Home Owner Grant Now

The provincial government offers this grant to reduce the burden of property taxes on owners who occupy eligible residences.  The grant amount is dependent on the taxes assessed on a property.  The maximum grant is $770 or $1,045 for seniors 65 years of age or over, persons permanently disabled, or those who receive certain war veterans allowances.

Starting January 1, 2021 residential property owners who qualify for a home owner grant must apply online or by telephone to the Province of British Columbia.  You can learn more about home owner grant qualifications and the application process at:
