This project consists of replacing the sanitary sewer service at Cedar Elementary School, located at 261 Cedar Street.
This project consists of the replacement of approximately 120 metres of sanitary sewer service at Cedar Elementary School.
The project is in the design phase and the construction of the sewer replacement is forecasted to take place in fall 2024.
The City is working with Urban Systems and School District 72 to develop the project plan.
The budget for this project is funded through sewer reserves approved in the 2024-2023 Capital Plan. The estimated value is still being determined.
Traffic and pedestrian management during construction will be the responsibility of the contractor doing the work.
