Join the City of Campbell River downtown on Shoppers Row for Latin Night this coming Wednesday, July 30, 2025.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, there’s been a change to the lineup and we’ll be welcoming The West Coast Cuban Orchestra to the CR Live Streets stage. Let the lively Latin rhythms take over and enjoy the music, the dancing and the community vibe.

This event invites everyone, from beginners to seasoned dancers, to join in and experience Latin music and dance. The Forbidden Dance Company will be on hand to teach some new moves and get everyone on the downtown dance floor — dancing partners are welcome but not needed!

It’s free to attend this all-ages event! Gates open at 6:30 p.m. Food trucks will be on site, and refreshments will be available to purchase. This event is licensed; come prepared to show two pieces of ID at the point of purchase. The City will offer a free bike valet beginning at 6:30 p.m., and BC Transit is offering free fares on transit service from 5 p.m. until the last trip on all fixed routes.

CR Live Streets is an award-winning City of Campbell River summer event series. With these free, all-ages events, Shoppers Row becomes a destination for art, dance, music food and community. CR Live Streets is put on by the City in partnership with Tidemark Theatre and working with Highway 19 Concerts.
