SHARE YOUR FEEDBACK ON THE CITY WEBSITE

The City of Campbell River (the City) is redesigning and replacing its website (www.campbellriver.ca) and other sites that the City maintains. The new website must meet users' diverse needs, be current, accessible, and follow best practices.

The City is seeking public feedback to help shape the future site. Feedback will help guide the development of the new site so that the solution meets the needs of Campbell River’s diverse users.

A survey is available online at getinvolved.campbellriver.ca/website-replacement or in person at City Hall, the Sportsplex and Community Centre. The survey is open and responses will be accepted until the end of the day on May 26, 2024.

This survey is one component of the engagement on this project and will help shape a new website that will benefit the City and the entire community. User testing, review of best practices from other municipal websites, and a current technologies assessment are also taking place.

A project strategy and report will be shared with the public in the fall of 2024, ahead of the City website replacement, which is scheduled for 2025.
