    NEW FALL RECREATION GUIDE AVAILABLE, REGISTRATION OPENS OCTOBER 21

    The new Fall 2022 Recreation Guide is available and registration opens at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, October 21, 2022. The guide covers November and December programming at the Community Centre and the Sportsplex and events throughout the city.

    City recreation programs, events and classes offer something for everyone. Coming up we have National Child Day, the Gingerbread House Competition, a Toy & Craft Show and Sale and Breakfast with Santa! A new Kettle & Core program starts on November 2, and drop-in Spin, Pickleball, Pump It Up, Boot Camp, Badminton, Zumba, Table Tennis, and Yoga continue! Seniors, we have you covered with floor curling, carpet bowling, bridge, cribbage, drop-in crafts, quilting and painting. Parents, register your children in Leaping Lizards Pro-D Day Camp for November 1 to help kids burn off the Halloween sugar rush!

    It’s an exciting time to get involved in recreation in Campbell River. Try something new, start your new year’s resolutions early, meet new friends or reconnect, and come by and say hello to the City recreation team. We’re looking forward to welcoming you back, and as always, we want to hear your ideas and feedback on recreation in Campbell River!
