Following a COVID-safe swearing-in ceremony for Sean Smyth, Mayor Andy Adams opened the Council meeting welcoming the newly-elected council member. Councillor Smyth was elected to fill the seat vacated when Michele Babchuk was elected to the provincial legislature in October.
