The British Columbia Medal of Good Citizenship recognizes individuals who, through exceptional long-term service, have made outstanding contributions through generosity, service, acts of selflessness and contributions to community life.

Since the first medal was presented in October 2015, 21 individuals and two communities have been named as recipients of the Medal. 

The online nomination form is available on the website. Nominations are accepted year round, but the Province is currently soliciting nominations for the selection committee to consider early in the new year.
