The City of Campbell River has received an application (P2600013 ZON) for Zoning Bylaw Amendment No. 4020, 2026 at 2365 Quinsam Road.

Legal Description: That part of District Lot 66, Sayward District, lying south of the south boundary of Plan 2596 and west of the west boundary of Parcel B (DD 49006I) of District Lot 66, except those parts included in Plans 11137, 12046, 14662, 16401, 28574, 30911, 3304 RW, VIP69094, and VIP80166.
The proposed zoning amendment is to rezone proposed Lot 15 from Rural One (RU-1) to Residential Infill (R-i) and proposed Lot 22 from Rural One (RU-1) to Public Areas One (PA-1) in order to meet the minimum lot area requirements for these newly proposed parcels. The purpose of creating and rezoning these two lots is to allow FortisBC to maintain its existing Statutory Right of Way (SRW) for the gas line crossing the property.

The Public Hearing Requirement for this bylaw has been waived.*
