The City of Campbell River manages bookings for all City fields, as well as the bookings for School District #72 (SD72) fields on weekdays after 5:30 p.m. and on weekends.

Please be as specific as possible with location information, dates and times of use when filling out the form. The application must be signed by a representative of the group.
You may drop off the application form at the Dogwood Operations Centre (385 S. Dogwood Street), or email it to outdoorbooking@campbellriver.ca.

Field Lighting
The City of Campbell River has four playing fields with lights available for evening play:
- Willow Point Park fields 1, 2 and 3
- Robron Park Cermaq Community Artificial Turf
Lights are charged in half-hour increments. See the Parks and Fields brochure [PDF/362KB].
Insurance
If your event will be attended by more than 150 persons, you will be serving alcohol, it involves multiple dates, or it involves sporting activity of any kind, you will require insurance.
- name the City of Campbell River or School District #72 as an additional insured
- have comprehensive general liability of not less than $2 million
- contain a cross liability clause (this must be stated on the certificate)
Special Events
If your event requires a road closure, you will need a Special Event Licence from the City. You can apply for a Special Event Licence using the Special Event Licence Application:

You will also need to review provincial guidelines. If your event will be serving alcohol, you will also need a Special Event Permit from the province.
