Property taxes are due July 2, 2025.
To avoid penalty, please ensure your payment is received by the deadline for each payment method:
- Delivered by 4:30 p.m. on July 2, 2025, to the Financial Services counter at City Hall.
- Delivered by 11:59 p.m. on July 2, 2025, through the secure, 24-hour mail slot (drop-box) next to the front doors at City Hall.
- Online banking payments must be received by the City by 11:59 p.m. PDT on July 2, 2025. Allow banks two to three business days to process payments.
- Received at City Hall via mail or courier no later than 4:30 p.m. on July 2, 2025.

Home Owner Grants
The Home Owner Grant is a provincial program. It reduces the amount of property taxes you pay each year on your principal residence. The Home Owner Grant must be claimed every year. To review the program and eligibility criteria, or to apply for and claim a grant, visit the Government of British Columbia's website:
You can check whether your Home Owner Grant has been applied to your property taxes by signing up or logging in to your online services account.
Tax Certificates
Tax certificates are available online through:
- myLTSA Enterprise: If you have an account, log in and from the main menu, select Service Providers and Order Tax Certificates. You can also become a customer through their website.
- APIC: If you prefer to pay for the Tax Certificate by credit card, please visit APIC to open an account and order your Tax Certificate.
