Council holds public hearings in Council Chambers, City Hall, 301 St. Ann's Road, unless otherwise specified.

There are no scheduled public hearings, at this time. 

Speaking at a Hearing 

You may speak at a public hearing in support or in opposition to a proposal. To do so, you must attend the hearing at the date and time indicated. You may register ahead of time by contacting the City of Campbell River at 250-286-5700 or info@campbellriver.ca. Alternatively, you may sign up when you arrive at the hearing. 

At the meeting, you will have five minutes to speak. The five-minute limit also applies if you are speaking on behalf of family members, neighbours, citizen groups, association members, or others. Please give thought to the important points you want to make so that you can stay within the allowed time.

Submitting Written Input for a Hearing 

If you cannot attend a public hearing, you may still submit written input. You may submit written input by email to planning@campbellriver.ca. Input must be received by 4 p.m. the day of the public hearing.

If you wish to view a public hearing without participating, you may watch the livestream. Public hearings are livestreamed on the City's website:

Please note: Public hearings are recorded and broadcast through the City's website. All correspondence submitted will be published as part of the public record when this matter is before Council or a Committee of Council.
