Recreation App

The app does not use push notifications. Booking confirmations, waitlist notifications, class and course reminders will still be sent by email.

If you are on a waitlist, you will be notified by email if a space becomes available. You will then have a limited time (typically 24 hours) in which to claim your spot, either online through the website or through the app, before the next person on the list is notified.

If you no longer require the spot, please decline it as soon as possible to allow the next person on the waitlist the opportunity to register.

If you withdraw from a registered program within the cancellation window (at least 72 hours before the program's start time), you will receive a refund automatically.

If you need to withdraw from a pre-registered drop-in class or program, please call the Sportsplex or the Community Centre to determine refund eligibility.

Afterschool programs will be available on the app in summer 2026.

Until then, you can continue to book after school programs

• Online, through the website
• By calling the Sportsplex or Community Centre directly
• By visiting the Sportsplex or Community Centre in person

If you have booked a drop-in class in the app, that will reserve your place in the class.

You must still scan your membership card upon arrival to check into the class.

Scanning your membership card confirms your attendance at the class and avoids no-show charges.

If you are a minor, there are two supported options for logging onto the app on your own device:

• Shared family account access—where a parent or guardian will log into the account on your device or will share family account credentials.
• Individual Account Access—where you have your own individual user account and login credentials. You will have your own unique username and password and will not be attached to the family account.

When logged into an account, you can view all active memberships associated with the family members who are linked to that account. For example, when logged into the app, you can view:

• Your own fitness pass type and digital membership card
• Other family members' pass types and digital membership cards

Log in to the Recreation in Campbell River app using your Xplor (formerly PerfectMind) account details. Use the same login and password infromation that you currently use on the Xplor website.

• Unless you previously changed it, your username will usually be your email address.
• To reset your password, click on "I forgot my password" and a reset link will be emailed to you.
• For assistance, contact the Community Centre or the Sportsplex. A staff member will assist you by sending you a password reset link.

If you don’t already have an Xplor account, you’ll need to create an Xplor account online before logging into the mobile app.
