Municipal Rebate Top-Ups For Heat Pump
Heat pumps are the most energy-efficient heating system available in BC. They also act as a central air-conditioning system during warmer weather.
The City of Campbell River is helping you make the switch from a fossil fuel heating system by offering a rebate top-up. You can take advantage of this top-up by switching to an electric air source heat pump. We are offering a $350 top-up until March 31, 2026. The CleanBC Better Homes Program and BC Hydro are offering additional heat pump rebates.
The BC Government administers heat pump top-ups. Applications are approved on a first come, first served basis, while funding lasts. To be eligible for the provincial and municipal rebates, you only have to submit one application.
