Public Hearings will be held in Council Chambers, City Hall, 301 St. Ann's Road. To speak during the public hearing in support or in opposition to a proposal, you must attend the Public Hearing at the time and date indicated. You may register ahead of time by phoning the Legislative Services Department at 250-286-5700 or email info@campbellriver.ca . Additionally you may sign in upon arrival at the public hearing.

At the meeting, you will have five minutes to speak. The five-minute limit also applies if you are speaking on behalf of family members, neighbours, citizen groups, association members, etc.

Written input may be submitted by email to planning@campbellriver.ca and must be received by 4 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the Public Hearing date.
Those who wish to view the Public Hearing without participating may do so by viewing the livestream on the City’s website (registration is NOT required).
If you are unable to participate in the Public Hearing but would like to provide input, please submit your input in writing by emailing planning@campbellriver.ca by 4 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the Public Hearing date.
No. You will not be able to dial in to the Electronic Public Hearing by telephone, you will need to attend electronically via zoom or attend in-person at City Hall.
