La Chuparosa is a dynamic musical collective that transcends genres with their electrifying sound. Blending elements of Afrobeat, Cumbia, Rap and Latin Electronica into a kaleidoscope of sonic bliss. Add a touch of Ethio-Jazz melodies layered over Reggaeton riddims, and you’ll begin to grasp the wide spectrum of their musical palette. 

Formed by Canadian producer and multi-instrumentalist Battery Poacher (aka Dallas Budd), La Chuparosa brings together a diverse group of talented musicians from around the world to create a truly unique musical experience.

At the core of La Chuparosa's sound is Cuban percussionist and Latin music veteran Hector Ramos Mejias, the ethereal voice of Costa Rican vocalist/lyricist MisTica, and Peruvian MC/singer Nostic whose flute playing adds a captivating dimension to the band's musical tapestry. This group has managed to carve out a sound that's entirely their own. La Chuparosa's newest members include Miguelito Valdez on trumpet and TK the Artist on drums, both masters at their craft.

La Chuparosa's live performances are an immersive experience, transporting audiences to a realm where boundaries dissolve and cultures collide. Their infectious energy and vibrant stage presence create a magnetic connection with the crowd, inspiring movement and inclusivity.
