The City of Campbell River (the City) plans to enter into an agreement with the British Columbia Housing Management Commission (BC Housing) for the property described below:

The agreement would be registered on the property title under Section 219 of the Land Title Act. For ten (10) years, any homes built on the property would have to remain rental housing and could not be sold or transferred separately. BC Housing would pay the City one dollar ($1.00) for the agreement.
