Take notice that the City of Campbell River (the “City”) intends to sell its fee simple interest in the lands legally described as follows:
- That part of Road Dedicated on Plan 15486, District Lots 1393 and 66, Sayward District, as shown on Plan EPP151312

The land (shown highlighted in the map as “Road Closure Area”) is to be acquired by Econo U-Store-It Inc. for the purpose of consolidation with their adjacent property. The consideration to be received by the City for the disposition is $126,100.00 plus costs.
