For parking or traffic tickets, you will need either:

• your ticket number, or
• your vehicle licence plate number

For municipal bylaw violations, you will need:

• your ticket number, found on your bylaw violation notice

For business licence fees, you will need either:

• your business licence number,
• your business name, as it appears on your renewal notice, or
• the business civic address

For dog licence fees, you will need:

• your dog licence account number, and
• your access code, as shown on your dog licence renewal notice

For property taxes, you will need:

• your folio number, as should on your property tax notice, and
• your access code
