There is full road closure on South Alder Street from Garnet Road to Rockland Road, in effect today, Saturday, October 24, 2026, while City of Campbell River crews repair a watermain break. Please Follow all traffic controls in place. Local access is available.
Water service is temporarily shut off to properties from 904 to 1278 South Alder Street while repairs are underway. Water service will be restored once the repair is complete.
Residents in the surrounding area may notice temporary water discolouration. This is an aesthetic issue only. If your water appears discoloured or cloudy and you are outside the water shutoff area, run a cold water tap, preferably the bathtub for higher flow, until the water runs clear.
