Join the City of Campbell River downtown on Shoppers Row for CR Live Streets River City Street Fest this coming Wednesday, August 5, 2026.  

River City Street Fest runs from 5 to 8 p.m. and is free to attend. Come together for an evening filled with creativity, music, and community spirit. This family-friendly event invites everyone to take part in collaborative art projects, enjoy sidewalk chalk, bounce on bouncy castles, and explore fun activities for all ages. Live music from the P Nut Gallery will keep the energy going throughout the evening. With a laid-back vibe and plenty to do, it’s the perfect way to make summer memories together.

New this year, attendees are encouraged to explore the Rail Yard Night Market, running from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. The market features The Rail Yard Market vendors, along with additional local vendors and artisans, offering a vibrant pre-event shopping experience in the heart of downtown.

All ages are welcome at this family-friendly event. Food and beverages will be available to purchase from onsite food trucks and surrounding local businesses.

The City will offer a free bike valet starting at 5 p.m. and the City, through BC Transit, is providing free fares on all fixed routes from 5 p.m. until the last trip.

Presented by the City in partnership with the Tidemark Theatre Society, CR Live Streets marks its 10th anniversary this year, celebrating a decade of transforming Shoppers Row into a vibrant summer gathering place through this award-winning event series.
