The Community Charter requires the City of Campbell River to amend the 2025-2034 Financial Plan Bylaw to incorporate changes made by Council in 2025. These amendments must be finalized before the 2026 Financial Plan Bylaw can be adopted.

The 2025-2034 Ten Year Financial Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 4004, 2025, received the first three readings at the Council meeting on November 25, 2025, and will be considered for adoption at the December 9, 2025, meeting.
