What is MyCity?
MyCity is a secure, all-in-one, online service that allows homeowners, residents and businesses to access information about their property tax, business licence, utility billing and dog licence accounts, instantly and at any time.
You’ll need:
- A valid email addres
- Phone number
You will receive a confirmation email with an activation link shortly after registering.
Once your MyCity profile is activated, you can add accounts using the folio or account number and access code that is shown on your tax notice, utility bill, or business licence renewal notice.

eBILLING
The City offers electronic billing (eBilling) for fast, paperless access to your property tax notices.
Sign up for eBilling to receive your property tax notices by email. After you sign up for eBilling, you will no longer receive property tax notices by mail. Property tax notices will be delivered to your inbox as soon as they’re available — no waiting!
- Create or login to MyCity
- When you register or access your property tax account, check “Subscribe for eBilling.”
- Confirm your details and account preferences in the confirmation email.
eBilling does not affect how you receive your property assessment from BC Assessment.
