New Property Record Request Process Takes Effect January 1, 2027
The City of Campbell River is introducing a new online Property Record Request application and payment system. The new system will make it easier and more convenient to submit property record requests. This transition supports the City’s ongoing efforts to improve customer service and modernize delivery.
Beginning January 1, 2027, all property record requests must be submitted through the new online system.
Digital copies of specific property records are available from the City of Campbell River for a fee. To obtain records, you must submit a completed Property Research Request Form with the property owner's signature and pay the required fee by credit card at the time of the request. The fee includes any applicable credit card processing charges.
