CR LIVE STREETS PRESENTS MASQUERADE STREET PARTY ON AUGUST 2

Join the City of Campbell River (the City) for its Masquerade Street Party downtown on Shopper’s Row on Wednesday, August 2, 2023. Gates open at 6:30 p.m.

This live event, inspired by New Orleans’ famous Mardi Gras celebrations, will showcase a local parade, live music with Big Easy Funk Ensemble, and a variety of other entertainment. Everyone is welcome at this free licensed event. For those who want to join the parade, we are meeting in Spirit Square at 6:45 p.m. to kick off the evening — costumes are welcome, but not necessary. Live music will start after 7 p.m. Masks will be available onsite by donation to Habitat for Humanity.

Masquerade Street Party is the third of seven CR Live Streets events planned for the 2023 season.

View the full CR Live Streets lineup at campbellriver.ca/events, and follow the City’s Recreation and Culture Department on facebook.com/Campbellriverrec to stay up-to-date with CR Live Streets and other events and activities this summer.
