Traffic Update: Highway 19A - close to the Big Rock Boat Ramp

To meet safety requirements, the upgrade work along Highway 19A will temporarily require single-lane alternating traffic through the construction zone (close to the Big Rock Boat Ramp) during regular work hours on Friday (July 17) and Monday (July 20).

    Pedestrian access will be maintained.

This work will also temporarily affect the Big Rock Boat Ramp parking lot area on Monday – removing up to nine parking spots to allow for an alternative exit. (The existing exit will be blocked by the road work on Monday).

The City of Campbell River thanks everyone for their patience and careful driving – especially in cone zones – as we continue this upgrade work.
