Initiating a Complaint

BYLAW COMPLAINTS

Please be prepared to include the follow information with your complaint:

1. Name of complainant
2. Address, telephone, and / or email address
3. Location or address of bylaw contravention
4. Detailed description of complaint (including time / date if applicable)

Anonymous complaints will not be accepted by the City.

The complainant's identity will remain confidential at all times, except when necessary to give court evidence.
