The City's Purchasing Department is responsible for the disposal of surplus items which may be obsolete, worn out, too costly to maintain or no longer used. These items may be sold through the BC Auction website at www.bcauction.ca/open.dll/. All items shall be sold on an “as is/where is” basis with no warranties or guarantees.
