With thanks in advance for helping us share information re: tree chipping fundraiser, here are some details.

The Campbell River Professional Fire Fighters Local 1668 will host the annual Christmas tree chipping event on Saturday, Jan. 4 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The event will take place in the lower parking lot of the Sportsplex.  

The tree chipping is by donation, with all proceeds going to the Burn Fund and other local charities.

Tree chipping reduced waste and fire risk.
