Yes, Campbell River is still in stage one for watering restrictions

While the Province has just declared Vancouver Island to be in level four drought conditions, this doesn't affect the City's watering restrictions.

Local watering restrictions are controlled by the City, and, so far, we continue to be at stage one watering restrictions because residents have done a great job at keeping down water consumption levels considering the hot, dry conditions.

Please direct any questions about the City's watering restrictions to the Water Wise hotline at 250-203-2316 or email water.wise@campbellriver.ca.
