GREENWAYS LOOP TRAIL DESIGN
The City of Campbell River is currently designing the Greenways Loop Trail along Highway 19A between Maryland Road and Jubilee Parkway. This will connect the existing SeaWalk to the recently completed section along Jubilee Parkway. This initiative is in the Parks Strategic Plan, as well as the Sustainable Official Community Plan. Construction will proceed in future years, budget dependant. It is important to have a “shovel-ready” design, in order to be able to attract external funding partners.
