Youth can participate in recreation programs, drop-in activities, special events or enrol in courses to further their education and employability.
Youth 11+ Years:

Youth in the Weight room:
You must be 16 to use the Weight Room without supervision. Youth 12-15 are allowed only when one of our supervisors are on duty. Check the schedule for times and days. Parental permission needed
Independent Youth Weight Room Training:
Are you 14 years old and ready to work out on your own?
This course involves two sessions (1.5 hours each) instruction on safe and effective weight training for youth plus a written exam. After successful completion you can work out during unsupervised times. Get a minimum of four youth together and a course can be arranged at your convenience.
