Program Registrations are conducted on a first come, first served basis at both Parks, Recreation & Culture Department locations. (Sportsplex and Community Centre)

In Person - Drop by either the Community Centre or Sportsplex offices during operating hours. Our staff will be happy to help you!
By Fax: 830-0164 or 923-7921 - Complete the registration form provided below and include your VISA or MasterCard number.
Mail/Drop Off - Complete the registration form provided below and include your Visa or MasterCard number or enclose a cheque payable to "City of Campbell River".
