Access to Property Files:
In order to view a property file when you are not the registered owner, you must have an "Agent Authorization" form filled out by the owner allowing you access to that file. If you require any copies from that file, you will be requested to fill out and submit a "Freedom of Information" form, noting what information is required. This process will take a couple of days.
