Request must include;

• address of site,
• type of inspection,
• general time of day. (morning or afternoon)
  

Please note also the following;

• Inspections must be requested by the Owner or Authorised Agent,
• Work being inspected must be complete and ready prior to inspections,
• Work must not proceed past any of the stages listed below without prior clearance,
• Plans and prior inspection notices are to be available on site at time of inspection or reinspection.

Required Inspections:
The following is a list of required inspections as noted on Building Permit Placard;

• Site and Foundation - after forms for footings and foundations are complete, but prior to placement of concrete. 
• Foundation Damp-proofing - prior to backfilling. 
• Perimeter Drain and Roof Drain Piping - prior to backfilling. 
• Sanitary, Storm and Water Services - prior to backfilling. 
• Framing - after plumbing and heating systems are installed and prior to insulation. 
• Plumbing - after potable water and drain, waste and vent piping are complete and prior to covering. 
• Chimney, Fireplace and Wood Heaters - solid fuel burning equipment and in conjunction with a new dwelling permit. 
• Insulation and Vapour Barrier - prior to covering. 
• Final - prior to occupancy.
