Delegations

People wishing to make a presentation to Council must fill out the following form and submit it to the City Clerk's office prior to 3 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the meeting explaining the issue that is to be addressed. Each delegation is limited to 10 minutes unless a longer period is agreed to by Council.

Delegations will be restricted from speaking on matters that are the subject of a Public Hearing or that have been discussed In Camera.
