Delegations
Persons wishing to make a presentation to Council must notify the City Clerk's office prior to 11:00 A. M. on the Thursday prior to the meeting and explaining the issue that is to be addressed. Each delegation is limited to 10 minutes unless a longer period is agreed to by Council.
Delegations will be restricted from speaking on matters that are the subject of a Public Hearing or that have been discussed In Camera.
