Cloudy water concerns? 

Try running your cold water for 15 - 20 minutes in your bathtub.  If this does not clear up the water, please call Dogwood Operations at 250-286-4033.

Street Light Out? 

The City is responsible for metal poled street light repairs.  Before you call Dogwood Operations to report a street light out, please be prepared to provide the street address of the malfunctioning light. It is helpful if you also provide us with the four digit number on the pole. 

If the street light is on a wooden pole, it falls under BC Hydro's jurisdiction for repairs. The City reports these to BC Hydro, so please call  Dogwood Operations at 250-286-4033 with the street address of the malfunctioning street light.

Garbage Pick-up Questions? 

Garbage pick-up is contracted out to Emterra. Any questions regarding pick-up and schedules may be answered by them at 250-286-0211.

Messy boulevards? 

Boulevards are to be maintained by property owners.

Catch Basin Maintenance? 

Dogwood Operations has a catch basin maintenance program, and yet, we can't be everywhere at once.  Please feel free to assist by clearing any debris from the catch basins around your home, to help prevent flooding in your area.
