What can I use the online payments service for?
You can pay for your parking or traffic ticket, municipal bylaw violation, business licence or dog licence.

What will I need in order to use the online payments service?
For parking or traffic tickets, you will need your ticket number or your vehicle licence plate number.

For municipal bylaw violations, you will need your ticket number, found on your bylaw violation notice.

For business licence fees, you will need your business licence number, business name as it appears on your renewal notice, or the business civic address.

For dog licence fees, you will need your dog licence account number and access code, as shown on your dog licence renewal notice.

Can I pay for other things online, like my property taxes or utility bill?
You can pay for your property taxes through your bank's online or telephone banking system, or directly at most major financial institutions in Canada.  The City does not accept credit card payments for property taxes or utilities.  You may also pay your taxes, utilities, dog and business licences or tickets by cheque or post-dated cheque.

You can mail or courier your payment with remittance stub to:

You can deliver your payment to City Hall at the address above between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).  A drop box is available after hours.
