What is MyCity?
MyCity is an online service that allows you to access your City account information, such as:
- Property tax account
- View your current balance and transaction details, assessment and tax levy details and registered owners
- Business account
- View your licence details, registered trade and licencee information, and transaction details
- Includes a link to Online Payments so you can pay your business licence fee with your Visa or MasterCard
- Utility account
- View your current balance and transaction details, monitor your metered consumption, and utility charges information
- Dog account
- View your dog tag, ownership and transaction details online.
- Includes a link to Online Payments so you can pay for your 2010 dog tag with your Visa or MasterCard
It's easy!
All you need is a valid email address and a password you create to set up a MyCity profile. You will receive a confirmation email with an activation link. Once you confirm your profile, you can start adding accounts. You will need the folio or account number and access code shown on your tax notice, utility bill, or business licence renewal notice.
