Building Maintenance and Repair 

The Materials Manage net Department plans and manages the repair, maintenance, construction and renovation functions for all City facilities and buildings including;
Overseeing the preparation of building maintenance
Project specifications
Reviewing consultant drawings and reports
Energy management programs
Determining the most appropriate method of completing and implementing repair
Maintenance or renovation project requirements whether through in-house staff or outside contractors.
