In this section you will find information related to services currently provided by the City.

Environment: The environmental component of the City of Campbell River’s Engineering Department is committed to maintaining the ecological integrity of the City of Campbell River and its magnificent watershed.
Licences and Permits: Information regarding necessary permits or approvals in relation to Special Events, Transportation, or Works on City Property.
Parking and Transportation: Downtown parking regulations; transportation reports and studies; and contact information for road improvement requests.
Sewage Collection and Treatment: The City of Campbell River treats municipal wastewater at the Norm Wood Environmental Centre using a biological treatment process that is similar to processes commonly in use elsewhere in the world.
Water Supply and Distribution: The City of Campbell River operates three separate systems for water delivery. The Main system serves the majority of customers in the City and provides bulk water to Area D of the Regional District of Comox Strathcona.
Stormwater Management: The City has commissioned a number of studies to develop long-range plans on the management of the City's stormwater. Reports on Integrated Stormwater Management Plans (ISMP's) available here.
