In this section you will find information related to services currently provided by the City.

Environment: The environmental component of the City of Campbell River’s Engineering Department is committed to maintaining the ecological integrity of the City of Campbell River and its magnificent watershed.
Sewage Collection and Treatment: The City of Campbell River treats municipal wastewater at the Norm Wood Environmental Centre using a biological treatment process that is similar to processes commonly in use elsewhere in the world.
Reports and Studies: This information library (currently under construction)contains reports and studies produced by and for the City of Campbell River.
Stormwater Management: Over 165 km of storm sewers and 80 km of open ditches make-up the City's Storm Drainage System. All storm water drains into either a creek, the Campbell River or Discovery Passage. Our goal is to maintain the storm pipes and ditches, allowing the storm water to flow uninterrupted to the outlets in an environmentally responsible fashion.
